Who You Are: 2 years’ experience in retail management and customer service A dynamic and positive personality with strong leadership skills Ability to work in a rapidly changing environment where priorities change Ability to make complex decisions with integrity that supports company guidelines Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as required High school diploma or equivalent preferred Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays Smart Serve Certification is required. Ability to meet the physical demands of the job include lifting up to 21 kilograms, standing, reaching, bending and climbing ladders. What you’ll be doing: Setting strategies, sales goals, and targets for the store and creating a communication plan to present to the store team Proficient with Microsoft suite applications Motivated to achieve and exceed sales targets Ensuring store conditions are consistently upheld to established standards Ability to make schedules for staff and work on creating a sound work environment Promoting and maintaining a safe work environment Accountable for all aspects of in store inventory Accountability for store recruitment and building a high-performance team in the store.
