Whether they?re first-time buyers or seasoned travelers, you?ll guide them through an exciting purchase experience from their first visit to delivery day. *What We Are Looking For:* * Previous sales experience is an asset but not required ? *we?ll train the right person* * You enjoy starting conversations and *building lasting relationships* * You are *available to work weekends* and flexible dealership hours * The outdoors is your happy place, and you know how to *share your passion* with others * You have excellent *customer service skills* to support customers from first visit to delivery day * You are eager to *grow within a dealership* that values attitude and drive as much as experience * You have strong written and verbal *communication skills* * You are a *positive team player* who contributes to a supportive workplace culture * Valid driver?s license and Vehicle Sales Authority (VSA) license (or willingness to obtain) * Experience in automotive, RV, retail, hospitality, or customer service is considered an asset *What You?ll Do:* * Help customers select the right RV to match their travel goals, lifestyle, and budget * Build relationships with customers from their first visit through delivery and beyond * Manage and follow up on dealership leads to drive sales * Respond to inbound phone, email, and showroom inquiries * Develop expert product knowledge to confidently present RV features and benefits * Track customer interactions and opportunities using Dealer Socket CRM * Coordinate and support the delivery process to ensure exceptional customer experience * Maintain current knowledge of RV inventory, features, options, and pricing * Work alongside a supportive, energetic team that?s passionate about helping customers create unforgettable adventures *Why You?ll Love This Role: * Every day brings new people, new conversations, and new opportunities to succeed.
