Interview Dates: August 17, 2026 - August 24, 2026 Target Hire Date: September 1, 2026 Your first month will be as a Customer Service Rep (CSR), then promotion to Assistant Manager Key Responsibilities: Lead by example through professionalism, accountability, and integrity. Coach, motivate, and support team members to achieve operational goals. Ensure excellent customer service and resolve customer concerns promptly. Assist with daily operations, including equipment, storage, retail sales, cash handling, and facility appearance. Maintain compliance with company policies and safety standards. Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, increase sales, and grow the business. Support the General Manager and confidently oversee store operations in their absence. Make moment-to-moment decisions to allocate time and resources appropriately for projects Manage and assign your team members to ensure that customers receive an excellent first impression and the highest quality of care. Miscellaneous duties such as installing hitches, brake controllers, etc. Participate in ongoing continuous U-Haul education through U-Haul University.

Minimum Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent Driver’s license and ability to maintain a clean driving record Leadership experience in any form Customer service experience Ability to work a variety of shifts

Work Environment: The work involves moderate risks or discomforts which require special safety precautions, e.g. working around moving parts, machines, fumes or irritant chemicals. May be required to use protective clothing or gear such as masks, goggles, gloves or shields.

Physical Demands: The work requires some physical exertion, such as, long periods both indoors and outdoors while remaining stationary, traversing spaces, repositioning to reach and use tools, and moving a minimum of 50 lbs. assisted or unassisted.
