About the role

Education: College/CEGEP. Tasks: Direct and control daily operations . Evaluate daily operations . Plan and organize daily operations. Manage staff and assign duties. Develop and implement marketing strategies. Plan budgets and monitor revenues and expenses. Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints and supply shortages. Recruit, hire and supervise staff and/or volunteers. Plan and manage budgets. Evaluate customer service and store environments. Determine type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures. Supervision: 1 to 2 people. Computer and technology knowledge: Point of sale system. Electronic mail.
