SHOE PER is an independently owned family footwear store that carries current brands and styles for men women and children. This is a brand new store at South Keys in Ottawa. The store is a blend of two stores in one. It includes Letellier Shoes, in business since 1897 and currently at 146 Rideau Street in downtown Ottawa. This store will be a combination of Letellier Shoes and SHOE PER, a family footwear store with 6 locations . Summary

We are seeking a Sales Supervisor to join our dynamic team in the retail sector. Located in Orangeville, Ontario, Canada, this role is pivotal in leading our sales team to achieve targets and deliver outstanding customer service. The Sales Supervisor will play a crucial role in fostering a positive work environment while ensuring alignment with our company values. Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to enhance performance.
• Train and mentor team members to improve their skills and product knowledge.
• Ensure exceptional customer service standards are maintained at all times.
• Collaborate with upper management to align on business objectives.
• Handle escalated customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently.
• Responsible for opening and closing store procedure
• Qualifications
• Proven experience in a supervisory or leadership role within retail sales for 2 years or more
• Strong negotiation skills with a track record of achieving sales goals.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to train, develop, and motivate team members effectively.
• Familiarity with retail management systems and POS technology is preferred.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Be able to work on site at the store.

Pay: $19.00-$23.00 per hour
