Senior Accessory Specialist – Edmonton

Action Car and Truck Accessories is Canada’s only national car and truck accessory retailer and distributor to both the private and industry sectors. With our head office in Moncton, New Brunswick, we have 44 stores and 4 distribution centres across the country. We are currently seeking a Senior Accessory Specialist to join our team.

The Senior Accessory Specialist is responsible for delivering expert product advice, supporting sales growth, and helping ensure a high level of operational execution within the store. This role works closely with both customers and internal teams to create an exceptional customer experience while supporting workflow, installation coordination, and overall store operations.

Wage Range

$24.00 - $28.00 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert advice on automotive accessories and vehicle upgrade solutions
• Prepare quotes and assist customers in selecting the right products
• Promote a wide range of products including hood deflectors, box covers, wheels and tires, and 4x4 accessories
• Support installation scheduling and coordinate with technicians where required
• Help support workflow efficiency and achievement of operational targets
• Maintain accurate customer orders and supporting paperwork
• Ensure showroom displays and product areas are clean and organized
• Deliver outstanding customer service in person and over the phone

Qualifications

• Experience in the automotive field or a strong passion for cars and trucks
• Excellent customer service and teamwork skills
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and problem solving skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Sales experience considered an asset
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment
