This new location will provide immersive shopping experience, fostering stronger connections with our customers.</p><p><b><strong>Position: Retail Sales Associate</strong></b></p><p>We are seeking a friendly, reliable, and fashion-conscious Sales Associate to support daily operations in our new modest clothing store. The ideal candidate has a passion for modest fashion, excellent customer service skills, and a strong eye for presentation. You will play a key role in creating a welcoming, respectful, and elegant shopping experience for all customers. This role is especially important as we prepare to open our new store, and the successful candidate will contribute directly to establishing a strong foundation for the success of the business.</p><p><b><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></b></p><ul><li>Greet customers warmly and assist them with product selection in a respectful and professional manner.</li><li>Provide styling advice aligned with modest fashion values.</li><li>Assist in the initial setup of the store, including arranging merchandise, organizing displays, and preparing the space for opening.</li><li>Assist with fitting room management and customer inquiries.</li><li>Process sales transactions accurately using the POS system.</li><li>Process online orders when applicable.</li><li>Perform daily tasks such as changing prices, shipping and transferring orders.</li><li>Handle exchanges and returns (if applicable) according to store policies.</li><li>Carryout merchandise activities including tagging, restocking and ensure proper product displays.</li><li>Support inventory checks and stock organization.</li><li>Update stock levels and upload new products to the company website accurately and on time.</li><li>Capture and post social media content (photos, short videos, stories) to promote sales as guided by the Company policy.</li><li>Assist with showcasing new arrivals, promotions, and in-store displays on social media platforms (e.g., Instagram).</li><li>Be flexible to work overtime during peak periods, special events, or busy seasons.</li><li>Maintain a clean and orderly sales floor, adhering to high standards of general housekeeping.</li><li>Uphold brand values, modesty standards, and excellent customer service at all times.</li></ul><p><b><strong> </strong></b></p><p><b><strong>Our Ideal Candidate:</strong></b></p><ul><li>Passion for modest fashion and women's apparel.</li><li>Experience in a retail environment, preferably in the fashion industry</li><li>Friendly, patient, and professional attitude.</li><li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills</li><li>Basic computer literacy for inventory and website updates.</li><li>Able to perform basic updates on social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook) and content publication.</li><li>Able to utilize retail technology.</li><li>Able to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business, including holiday, evening and weekend shifts.</li><li>Able to maneuver around sales floor, stockroom and office and lift up to 30 lbs.</li><li>Demonstrate initiative on an ongoing basis.</li></ul><p><b><strong> </strong></b></p><p><b><strong>What We Offer</strong></b></p><ul><li>Employee discounts on store merchandise.</li><li>Competitive hourly rate</
