We are a specialized arborist store built for tree care professionals. From climbing gear to rigging and technical equipment, we pride ourselves on providing top-quality products backed by real-world expertise. We’re looking for an Arborist Warehouse & Retail Associate who brings hands-on experience in the field and can confidently support fellow climbers and tree care professionals.

Position Overview

This is not your typical retail role.

We’re looking for someone with arborist or climbing experience who understands the gear, the work, and the challenges of the industry. You’ll split your time between the warehouse and the retail floor—supporting inventory while also acting as a trusted advisor to customers.

If you’ve worked as a climber, ground crew, or in tree care, this is an opportunity to stay connected to the industry in a more stable, year-round role.

Key Responsibilities

Warehouse & Operations

• Receive and organize incoming arborist equipment (ropes, harnesses, rigging gear, PPE)
• Maintain accurate inventory and ensure proper storage of technical equipment
• Pick and pack orders for professional customers
• Support stock replenishment and product flow to the retail floor
• Keep warehouse clean, safe, and efficient

Customer & Retail Support

• Assist arborists, climbers, and contractors with product selection based on real-world use
• Provide knowledgeable advice on climbing systems, rigging setups, and equipment care
• Process sales and ensure a smooth customer experience
• Maintain clean, organized, and well-stocked displays
• Support product troubleshooting, returns, and basic equipment inquiries

What We’re Looking For

• Hands-on arborist, climber, or tree care experience (strongly preferred)
• Familiarity with climbing gear, rigging equipment, and PPE
• Strong customer service skills and ability to communicate with industry professionals
• Organized, reliable, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Passion for the arborist industry and willingness to continue learning
