We are hiring for a Full-Time Store Manager in Training with a wage range of $70,000 - $90,000 at our location in Alberta. Job Duties/Responsibilities: Lead all departments harmoniously to: Create exceptional customer experiences Increase profitability and reach the goals and objectives of each department Inventory Management through weekly ordering, record and invoice management, and leading quarterly inventory counts Schedule Team Members to ensure that customer and department needs are met Ensure company standards are met storewide and department programs are followed Implement effective recruiting while maintaining a high-performance work team Complete performance reviews, departmental records, etc. to gauge store progress Train, develop, and motivate Team Members Resolve customer and Team Member concerns and complaints, and provide an exceptional customer experience What you Bring: 3 years minimum management experience in the retail food industry A history of meeting financial objectives and targets in a retail environment Proven ability to lead a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Strong Google Suite skills and the ability to quickly learn new computer programs Exceptional communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills Effective critical thinking and conflict resolution skills Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50lbs Must be able to relocate to rural Alberta within 1-2 years Most importantly, the willingness and enthusiasm for continuous learning and development.
