We're looking for a Store Manager for the Georgian Bay Area. Someone who leads by example, develops talent, and isn't satisfied with good when great is possible.
Your role
You'll own the full store experience — from results to team culture.
Lead all store operations and ensure overall performance Drive sales and hit targets — then set new ones Monitor results and take decisive corrective action Hire, coach, and develop your team to their full potential Deliver a customer experience worth coming back for Ensure compliance with sales processes and company standards Manage inventory, expenses, and merchandising Maintain store presentation and safety standards

Who You Are
