You’ll be the first point of contact for customers and technicians, helping them find the right parts fast while delivering a smooth, personalized experience every time. If you’re detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and enjoy solving problems, this role is for you.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Welcome customers (in person & on the phone) and make a great first impression
• Help customers and technicians find the right parts quickly and accurately
• Use dealership software (PBS) to look up parts and manage orders
• Track inventory and make sure everything stays organized and up to date
• Coordinate parts orders and deliveries
• Stay in the loop on new products, promos, and training opportunities
• Build strong relationships with customers and keep them coming back

What You Bring:

• Interest or experience in automotive (bonus points for dealership experience)
• Comfortable using computers and learning new systems
• Strong communication and people skills
• Organized, detail-focused, and good at multitasking
• Problem-solver mindset with a positive attitude
• Reliable and adaptable in a fast-paced environment

Previous automotive dealership experience and experience with PBS is considered an asset. Valid G Driver's License required.
