• Greet customers, answer their queries, and assist them when selecting and finding merchandise
• Monitor those in the store to help ensure loss prevention
• Properly display all store products and place them in an organized manner so that customers can find them easily
• Perform the checkout process and conduct all transactions and duties related to billing and payment at the store counter
• Have the ability and knowledge to answer customer questions related to information, including availability of products
• Maintain the overall look of the store and ensure that it is clean, restocked, and properly organized
• Maintain product records and inventory, and ensure that the process of re-ordering is smooth
• Be involved in planning and preparation of displays, trade shows, windows, and seasonal promotions
