Receptionist - Acura of Saskatoon Permanent - Full Time

At Acura of Saskatoon we’re looking for a friendly and energetic Receptionist/ Inventory Controller. You'll be the first point of contact, creating a welcoming atmosphere while supporting administrative tasks like data entry, reporting, and front-desk coordination.

What you'll be doing: Greet customers, answer and direct calls, take messages, and schedule appointments Provide professional front-desk support and assist customers with general questions Support the sales team with data entry, filing, reporting, document preparation, and lead tracking Maintain accurate new and used vehicle inventory records, including stock details, pricing, locations, and status changes Process vehicle arrivals, trades, transfers, purchases, and sold-unit documentation Coordinate with Sales, Finance, Accounting, and other departments to resolve inventory discrepancies Assist with inventory audits, vehicle files, online listings, keys, and delivery readiness Complete other administrative and inventory-related duties as required What we're looking for: Outstanding over the phone and in-person customer service skills Highly organized and accurate, with excellent multi-tasking skills A willingness and ability to learn new methods and systems A solid understanding of Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel Accounts payable experience is considered an asset Why FFUN: Hourly wage of $16- $18/ hour depending on experience Group Retirement Savings Plan -Employer-Employee matched contributions because we care about your future financial security Employee Discounts –Get excited with exclusive discounts, not just on vehicles, but also on service, repairs and parts.
