Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and assist them with product selection and inquiries
• Manage sales transactions accurately using POS systems and handle cash with integrity
• Maintain visual standards through merchandising, signage, and store layout adjustments
• Support inventory management, pricing updates, and stock replenishment
• Provide excellent customer service to foster loyalty and satisfaction
• Assist in training new staff and supervising team members when necessary
• Ensure the store remains organized, clean, and compliant with safety standards
• Collaborate with marketing initiatives to promote products and special events
• Utilize Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator for visual design projects related to store displays or promotional materials
• Manage schematics for store layouts or product placements as needed
• Support store management in administrative tasks such as scheduling, reporting, and inventory tracking

Experience

• Prior experience in retail sales or customer service preferred
• Supervising experience is advantageous for leadership responsibilities
• Familiarity with merchandising, pricing strategies, and store management operations
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator for visual design tasks
• Strong communication skills coupled with organizational skills to manage multiple priorities effectively
• Knowledge of POS systems, cash handling procedures, and cashiering processes
• Experience in marketing or promotional activities is a plus
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams or supervise staff is desirable
• Excellent time management skills to ensure efficient store operations
