Join our Supply Chain team as a Traffic Coordinator (Contract) and play a key role in supporting our global logistics operations. As the main liaison between internal stakeholders and external partners, you will coordinate import and export activities, prepare essential shipping and customs documentation, and help ensure the timely and compliant movement of goods worldwide.
Some of What You’ll Do: Find most cost-effective transportation options to move goods. Arrange exports/warehouse transfer shipments from our global factories/DC’s to our warehouses in North America & Netherlands and ensure pickup and delivery schedules are met Process booking requests and coordinate shipment deliveries with freight forwarders, transport, and warehouse partners. Prepare all necessary export and custom documents and coordinate with custom broker in a timely manner for custom clearance. Coordinate and dispatch customer web orders Process Canadian duty drawbacks Prepare accurate documentation for Fish and wildlife products if needed Create Commercial Invoice templates using the master file for Salesman Samples (SMS) Coordinate with Production/Sales teams and Check shipping documents for North America sample shipments as well as processing receiving for all at the end of the process Prepare Commercial Invoices and occasionally create Air Waybills for head office shipments Arrange and track outbound retail shipments. Coordinate courier shipments and assist with courier account management. Monitor all shipments leaving from our Canadian warehouse to stores both in Canada and the USA to ensure timely delivery. Perform other tasks related to his / her area of expertise as needed
Some of What You’ll need: Previous experience in Supply Chain and Logistics is an asset Proficient in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, and Outlook Bilingual - English and French. Experience in the apparel and fashion industry preferred but not required. Knowledge of U.S. Fish and Wildlife regulations is an asset

Given the international nature of our business and of this position, the candidate will be required to communicate effectively, on a regular basis, with various stakeholders (co-workers, colleagues, customers, suppliers, etc.) located in Canada outside Quebec or throughout the world. Proficiency in languages other than French (notably, English) will be an asset for the successful candidate.
