Role Description This full-time Optometrist role is an on-site position located in Scarborough, ON. Daily responsibilities include prescribing eyewear and contact lenses, educating patients on eye health and preventive care, and documenting findings in accordance with professional and regulatory standards. Qualifications Licensed or eligible for licensure as an Optometrist in Ontario, with a Doctor of Optometry (OD) degree from an accredited institution. Proficient in patient communication, including explaining diagnoses, treatment options, and preventive eye care in clear, accessible language. Ability to work collaboratively with optical retail staff and other team members to support seamless patient care and customer service.
