What you'll need to have
-
Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities

Excellent customer service and sales skills
-
Ability to quickly identify customer needs and recommend solutions

Confident, approachable, and strong interpersonal communication skills

Passion for IKEA products, home furnishing, and sustainability
-
Minimum 6 months experience in a high-volume sales or customer service environment
-
Comfortable working in a physically demanding, fast-paced environment (including lifting upto 23kg)

Flexibility to work Saturday, Sunday, Monday, and Friday shifts

Engage customers and provide expert advice on kitchen solutions, with a focus on compact kitchen selling

Support and process inbound kitchen orders accurately and efficiently

Actively approach customers, assess needs, and recommend suitable products and services

Maintain strong knowledge of products, services, delivery options, and promotions
-
Ensure the sales area is well-stocked, organized, attractively merchandised, and correctly priced

Contribute to team and store sales targets

Support daily operations, including physically handling products and maintaining store readiness
-
Complete an initial 3-month warehouse onboarding period and transition to kitchen planning and sales

Collaborate with team members and provide support as needed
