We're currently hiring for Sales Associate (1 Full Time & 1 Part Time) to join our team for our store located at Marlborough Mall and Market Mall, Calgary, AB

Preferably with strong communication skills, tech knowledge, and experience in sales or customer service.

Job Duties & Responsibilities:

• Ability to sell wireless products and plans and best describe them to the customer
• Assess customer needs with respect to the purchase of wireless products, billing inquiries, and equipment/technical challenges
• Ability to stay current with changes in offers/promotions, new products, services and policies to maintain high level product knowledge and services
• Providing exceptional customer support to both current and prospective clients
• Handle requests, questions and any issues in a positive manner
• Process sales and enter refund of orders on a daily basis
• Receive and manage the inventory processes
• Review Sales reports on a daily basis

Any other duties as may be assigned by Management
