This role is responsible for leading store partners during shifts, ensuring high-quality customer service, and maintaining Starbucks standards for product quality and cleanliness. The Shift Supervisor helps manage daily operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and coordinating partner breaks and assignments. This position supports training and coaching of partners, fosters a positive and inclusive work environment, and helps resolve customer concerns in a professional manner. The Shift Supervisor also contributes to meeting store goals related to sales, safety, and partner engagement. Qualifications Experience in customer service and retail or food service, with the ability to create a welcoming and efficient environment. Demonstrated leadership and team coordination skills, including coaching, mentoring, and shift management. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with customers, partners, and store leadership. Basic math and cash-handling skills, with attention to detail and accuracy in following operational procedures. Ability to work on-site in Prince Albert, SK, including standing for long periods and performing physical tasks as needed. Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays. Previous supervisory experience is an asset; high school diploma or equivalent preferred.
