Role Description The Customer Service Representative is a full-time, on-site role based in Montreal, QC. This role includes responding to inquiries in person and by phone or email, and providing clear information about printing services, products, pricing, and timelines. The representative will process orders, track job status, resolve issues, and coordinate with production teams to ensure accurate and timely delivery. Daily responsibilities include managing customer accounts, documenting interactions in internal systems, and following up to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. The role also requires maintaining a professional, welcoming environment at the retail location and supporting continuous improvements to the overall customer experience. Qualifications Demonstrated ability in customer-facing roles, including experience as a Customer Service Representative or similar position. Skills in Customer Support and Customer Service, including handling inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and managing service requests. Focus on Customer Satisfaction and Customer Experience, with the ability to build trust and foster long-term relationships. Strong communication skills in English & French . Ability to work on-site, multitask, and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment. Comfort with basic computer systems, point-of-sale tools, and order management software. Attention to detail and accuracy when processing orders and documenting customer information. Previous experience in printing, or related service industries .
