DESCRIPTION OF ORGANIZATION: National Drapery, an established company focusing on interior window coverings, in central Toronto is seeking a new Showroom Assistant to join our team. Be a part of an integral team by taking ownership of the Showroom and assisting the sales team. Greet and engage with all clients and provide ?Red Carpet? service. Manage all incoming phone calls and emails while effectively responding to inquiries. Schedule and book all client appointments and organize client profiles.

QUALIFICATIONS: Exceptional customer service background with the ability to engage with clients; preference given to candidates with textile knowledge. Excellent presentation, speaking and writing skills required. Highly organized and professional with strong multi-tasking skills, ability to work under pressure while meeting tight deadlines. Adept in MS Word, Excel, Internet and email.
