Conduct proactive foot patrols throughout assigned retail locations. Deter theft, vandalism, and other criminal activity through a visible tactical presence. Monitor customer and employee activity while maintaining a high level of professionalism. Respond to incidents, emergencies, and suspicious behaviour. Complete detailed incident reports and daily activity logs. Work closely with store management and local law enforcement when required. Provide exceptional customer service while ensuring a safe shopping environment. Enforce site policies and GardaWorld operational procedures. Qualifications for Weekend Tactical Loss Prevention

Be authorized to work in Canada Valid Alberta Security Services Licence Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong observation and conflict resolution abilities Physically able to stand and walk for extended periods Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure Reliable transportation is considered an asset Previous retail security or loss prevention experience is an asset but not required Weekend availability is required Day, evening, and overnight shifts may be available based on operational needs
