Job Summary We are seeking a friendly and efficient Barista to join our team. Duties

• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks, teas, and specialty beverages according to company recipes and standards
• Handle cash register operations using POS systems such as Micros POS, including cashiering and cash handling
• Take customer orders efficiently, ensuring accuracy and prompt service
• Maintain cleanliness of the workspace, including food preparation areas, equipment, and dining spaces
• Assist with food handling and food safety procedures to ensure compliance with health regulations
• Restock supplies as needed to ensure smooth operation during shifts
• Provide excellent customer service by engaging with customers in a friendly manner and addressing their needs
• Follow food safety guidelines during food preparation and serving processes
• Manage time effectively to handle busy periods while maintaining quality standards

Skills

• Proven experience as a Barista or in the food service industry is preferred
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS for cashiering transactions
• Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately and managing inventory counts
• Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy hours
• Knowledge of food handling, safety procedures, and proper sanitation practices
• Ability to perform food preparation tasks efficiently while maintaining quality standards
• Experience with serving beverages and light food items in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work well within a team and adapt quickly to changing priorities

Pay: $17.20-$27.67 per hour
