The Brand Ambassador will greet and engage visitors, provide information about BMW vehicles and services, and represent the brand in a professional and welcoming manner. This role involves supporting showroom activities, assisting with events, and ensuring a positive customer experience from first contact through follow-up. Daily tasks include answering inquiries, promoting brand values, coordinating with sales and service teams, and maintaining a polished, customer-ready environment. The Brand Ambassador will also contribute to social and community initiatives that enhance BMW Moncton’s brand presence. Qualifications Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build positive, professional relationships with customers and colleagues. Experience in brand ambassadorship and promoting brand awareness in customer-facing or community-focused roles.
