Job Description The individual in this position performs the activities and tasks necessary to manage the flow of products through the lumber distribution centre and the bulk merchandise distribution centre. These processes include, but are not limited to, receiving and shipping lumber materials using propane-powered forklifts of various sizes, in accordance with standard operating procedures (SOPs) specific to each process. Key Responsibilities Safely operate various types of material handling equipment (e.g., propane-powered forklifts). Work collaboratively with Operations Managers, Area Coordinators, and other associates to efficiently complete assigned tasks. Provide excellent customer service to internal distribution and store teams by paying attention to detail and completing tasks in a timely manner. Maintain a clean and organised work area. Perform additional related duties as assigned by the distribution centre leadership team.
