In this role, you will you are accountable for driving strong commercial results, cultivating a high-performance retail selling culture, and elevating the client experience across your clinics. You lead, coach, and develop teams to consistently execute the Amplifon sales process, maximize conversion and revenue opportunities, and deliver top-quartile KPIs. You take full ownership of clinic performance, talent development, and operational excellence, ensuring every clinic operates with precision, urgency, and a relentless focus on results.

Key Responsibilities:
Commercial Sales & Clinic Performance:
- Drive end-to-end clinic performance and revenue growth by managing sales execution, pipeline, appointment optimization, and analyzing key financial levers (conversion, product mix, margin) to implement targeted actions.
- Build a high-performing, locally engaged sales culture through coaching, strong operational discipline, cross-functional partnership (especially with Marketing), and proactive management of client experience and community presence to sustain pipeline and results.
Leadership & Talent Development
- Build a high-performance sales culture through consistent coaching, in-clinic observation, and structured sales routines that drive accountability and results.
- Strengthen team capability and alignment by identifying skill gaps, reinforcing best practices, and translating strategy into clear, actionable guidance that improves performance and engagement.
Performance Management & Accountability

Retail Operations Excellence
- Ensure operational excellence in clinics by executing promotions, merchandising, pricing, and maintaining high standards aligned with company protocols.
- Support efficient, professional operations through cross-functional collaboration, strong judgment, and effective handling of complex or sensitive situations.
Must-Have Qualifications:

3+ years of experience in hearing care or similar retail/service industries.

3+ years of leadership experience in multi-unit retail, sales, or operations roles.

Proven track record of driving sales performance and leading high-performing teams.

Strong sales leadership with the ability to inspire accountability and consistent execution of selling behaviors.

Commercial acumen with the ability to interpret performance data and translate insights into decisive action.

Excellent coaching skills, including real-time feedback, sales behavior observation, and performance development.
