Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Salesperson at our Edmonton, AB location. As a Salesperson, you will engage with customers to provide a superior shopping experience by offering personalized styling advice, demonstrating in-depth knowledge of our collections, and assisting in selection and fittings. You will maintain store aesthetics, manage inventory, and build lasting relationships with clients to meet their fashion needs. Delivering exceptional customer service and achieving sales goals will be key aspects of this role.

Qualifications

Strong customer service and client-facing communication skills with a passion for building lasting relationships Knowledge of men’s fashion, tailoring, and current style trends, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering excellent service Sales and retail experience with a proven ability to achieve individual and team sales targets Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities Proficiency in interpersonal and problem-solving skills to address customer inquiries effectively Ability to work collaboratively as a team player while maintaining professionalism Experience in high-end fashion retail or luxury goods is a plus High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in sales or fashion are an asset
