About the role

Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years. Work setting: Retail service establishment. Urban area. Automobile dealership. Tasks: Direct and control daily operations . Evaluate daily operations . Plan and organize daily operations. Manage staff and assign duties. Determine merchandise and services to be sold. Implement price and credits policies. Locate, select and procure merchandise for resale. Develop and implement marketing strategies. Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints and supply shortages. Conduct performance reviews. Supervise office and volunteer staff. Supervision: 5-10 people. Computer and technology knowledge: Database software. Electronic mail. Spreadsheet. Transportation/travel information: Valid driver's licence. Drive manual transmission vehicle.
