Key Responsibilities

• Greet and engage customers in a friendly, professional manner.
• Educate customers on lab-grown diamonds, including differences from mined diamonds, quality factors (cut, clarity, carat, color), and value propositions.
• Ask questions to understand customer needs and preferences.
• Recommend diamond jewelry (solitaires, engagement rings, earrings, etc.) based on customer goals and budget.
• Present products clearly and confidently, highlighting features, options, and pricing.
• Build rapport, answer questions, and address concerns to facilitate sales.
• Handle sales transactions, process payments, and maintain accurate records.
• Follow up with prospective customers via phone, email, or text to nurture leads.
• Maintain polished, attractive product displays and store merchandise.
• Meet or exceed individual and team sales goals.
• Stay informed about industry trends, new lab-grown diamond innovations, and competitor products.

Preferred Qualifications

• Minimum one year experience in the jewellery industry
• Proven success in commission based sales
• Familiarity with GIA/IGI diamond grading reports.
• Upselling and customer relationship experience.

Pay: $17.00-$20.00 per hour
