We’re looking for an Assistant Service Manager who’s ready to lead by example, support a high-performing service team, and help deliver an exceptional customer experience every day. Working closely with the Service Manager, this role is all about keeping operations running smoothly, building strong relationships, and helping the team succeed.

What You’ll Do

• Support the day-to-day operations of the Service department to ensure efficiency and exceptional customer service
• Assist in leading and supporting Service Advisors and technicians in a fast-paced environment
• Monitor workflow, customer satisfaction, and department performance metrics alongside the Service Manager
• Help resolve customer concerns professionally while maintaining strong communication throughout the service process

• Experience in an automotive service environment with strong leadership and organizational skills
• A customer-first mindset with excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
• The ability to multitask, stay organized, and thrive in a fast-paced team environment
