As we continue to grow, we are seeking a passionate and driven Store Manager to lead our Vancouver store. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys luxury retail, takes leadership, thinks creatively, and wants to grow with a fast-expanding Canadian brand.

Key Responsibilities Oversee the daily operations of the Vancouver boutique and ensure the store is always presented to the highest standard. Deliver an exceptional customer experience while driving sales and achieving monthly targets. Recruit, train, coach, and manage part-time sales associates. Manage inventory, receiving, stock accuracy, cash handling, opening and closing procedures, and overall store operations. Maintain visual merchandising and ensure the boutique reflects GERDENE's premium brand image. Resolve customer inquiries and concerns professionally while building long-term client relationships. Prepare and submit a monthly Excel sales and operations report, analyze business performance, identify opportunities to improve store operations and customer experience, and contribute creative marketing, merchandising, and business development ideas to help grow sales and strengthen the GERDENE brand. Communicate regularly with the company owner and provide updates on store performance, customer feedback, inventory needs, and operational improvements. Qualifications Previous retail management or leadership experience (preferred) Strong sales ability with a customer-first mindset. Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Self-motivated, dependable, and able to work independently. Comfortable using Microsoft Excel, Google Workspace, and retail POS systems (Shopify POS experience is an asset). Passion for luxury retail, fashion, and delivering exceptional customer service. Compensation & Benefits Competitive base salary + performance-based commission.
