Role Description The Front Store Manager is a full-time, on-site role located in Richmond, BC. This position is responsible for overseeing day-to-day front store operations, including merchandising, inventory control, and ensuring store standards are consistently met. The Front Store Manager leads and coaches front store staff, supports scheduling, and promotes a customer-focused culture that delivers efficient, friendly service. This role ensures compliance with company policies, retail loss prevention practices, and health and safety standards. The Front Store Manager also collaborates with pharmacy and other departments to support overall store performance, sales growth, and a positive shopping experience.

Qualifications Strong customer-focused skills, including Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service. Effective interpersonal abilities, including clear and professional Communication. Experience in Store Management, including staff supervision and daily retail operations. Knowledge of Retail Loss Prevention practices and basic inventory control. Previous experience in retail or pharmacy-front environments is an asset. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required. Demonstrated leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and develop team members. Solid organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education in business or retail management is an advantage.
