Objectif du poste

Le titulaire du poste dirige une équipe responsable de soutenir la croissance des ventes et la performance des réseaux Uniprix et Proxim par la planification et la préparation de l’exécution opérationnelle des initiatives commerciales et stratégiques.

Agissant à titre d’expert en planification de l’exécution, le poste collabore étroitement avec l’équipe des Opérations de détail afin d’assurer une mise en œuvre efficace et assume une responsabilité directe lors des ouvertures de magasins ou des situations de redressement.

Principales responsabilités

  • Diriger l’équipe responsable de la planification et de la préparation de l’exécution opérationnelle des initiatives commerciales et stratégiques pour les réseaux Uniprix et Proxim.
  • Définir les stratégies d’exécution et les cadres de marchandisage pour les activités hebdomadaires et les vagues commerciales, en assurant des déploiements structurés et une imputabilité quant aux résultats.
  • Collaborer avec l’équipe de la Commercialisation afin d’identifier les leviers de croissance, prioriser les actions à fort impact et optimiser l’exécution en magasin.
  • Assurer une préparation opérationnelle de bout en bout pour les nouveaux membres, de l’intégration initiale jusqu’à la stabilisation de la performance.
  • Prendre en charge les ouvertures de magasins, les rénovations et les situations de redressement, avec une responsabilité directe quant à la performance et à l’expérience des membres.
  • Standardiser et améliorer en continu les procédures opérationnelles, en assurant leur alignement avec les programmes corporatifs, les partenaires de services et les réalités du terrain.
  • Mobiliser les fournisseurs et partenaires externes afin d’intégrer leurs analyses et recommandations et les traduire en plans d’exécution concrets et actionnables.
  • Exploiter les données, les indicateurs de performance et les capacités en intelligence artificielle afin d’améliorer la planification, la formation et la détection proactive des risques.

Exigences du poste

  • Diplôme universitaire en administration des affaires ou dans un domaine connexe.
  • Dix (10) années d’expérience en opérations de détail, idéalement dans le secteur pharmaceutique ou de la distribution.
  • Cinq (5) années d’expérience en gestion de personnel.
  • Solides capacités d’analyse, de résolution de problèmes et de priorisation.
  • Aptitudes démontrées en communication, en négociation et en leadership collaboratif.

  • Capacité à travailler en collaboration et à mobiliser les parties prenantes autour d’objectifs communs.

  • Vision stratégique et capacité à évoluer dans des environnements complexes.

Job Description

The incumbent leads a team responsible for supporting sales growth and performance across the Uniprix and Proxim networks through the planning and preparation of operational execution for commercial and strategic initiatives.

Acting as an execution planning expert, the role works closely with the Retail Operations team to ensure effective implementation and assumes direct responsibility during store start-ups or turnaround situations.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

  • Lead the team responsible for planning and preparing the operational execution of commercial and strategic initiatives for the Uniprix and Proxim networks.
  • Define execution strategies and merchandising frameworks for weekly activities and commercial waves, ensuring structured rollouts and accountability for results.
  • Collaborate with the Commercialization team to identify growth levers, prioritize high-impact actions, and optimize in-store execution.
  • Ensure end-to-end operational readiness for new members, from initial onboarding through performance stabilization.
  • Take ownership of store start-ups, renovations, and turnaround situations, with direct accountability for performance and member experience.
  • Standardize and continuously improve operational procedures, ensuring alignment with corporate programs, service partners, and field realities.
  • Engage vendors and external partners to integrate their analyses and recommendations and translate them into concrete, actionable execution plans.
  • Leverage data, performance indicators, and artificial intelligence capabilities to enhance planning, training, and proactive risk detection.

Job Requirements

  • University degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • 10 years of experience in a retail operations role, ideally within the pharmaceutical or distribution sector.
  • 5 years of people management experience.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and prioritization skills.
  • Proven communication, negotiation, and collaborative leadership abilities.
