What You’ll Be Doing As an In-Store Sales Assistant, you’ll work inside retail locations where promotional campaigns are taking place. Your role will involve speaking with customers, introducing current offers, and helping guide interested individuals through the sales process. Through these interactions, you’ll build confidence in face-to-face sales conversations and learn how to communicate promotions clearly. You’ll also help maintain the presentation of the promotional stand, ensuring the environment remains professional and welcoming for customers. Supporting the team during busy periods will also be important, helping ensure strong engagement and successful sales activity throughout the day. Working alongside your team, you’ll contribute to daily and weekly sales targets while developing practical experience in retail sales environments.
