Compensation: $18-$20 per hour with opportunity for bonus

Position Overview:

As a Delivery Specialist/Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring a smooth, professional, and enjoyable vehicle delivery process for our customers. This role does not require prior automotive experience—we provide full training. We are looking for someone with strong organizational skills, second to none customer service ability, excellent communication, and a passion for creating a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and provide a welcoming, professional experience during their vehicle delivery.
• Coordinate with sales, service, and finance teams to ensure all delivery details are complete.
• Review vehicle features, technology, and functions with customers to ensure comfort and confidence in their new purchase.
• Maintain accurate delivery schedules and documentation.
• Follow up with customers post-delivery to answer questions and ensure satisfaction.
• Support dealership operations with administrative and coordination tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

• No prior experience required – full training will be provided.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Positive, customer-first attitude.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid Ontario driver’s license with a clean driving record.
