About the Role
This role sits at the heart of Retail, driving operational excellence by building the processes, tools, and infrastructure that enable stores to execute with confidence and consistency every day. You’ll translate retail strategy into clear, scalable ways of working, partnering closely with Retail Leadership and cross-functional HQ teams to ensure ideas land seamlessly in-store. With a strong balance of operational rigor, communication, and problem-solving, you’ll bring clarity to complexity through thoughtful reporting, structured communications, and well-managed initiatives. This is a highly cross-functional role with meaningful influence on how our retail business scales.
What You’ll Do
- Build, scale, and continuously improve the core processes that drive our retail stores.
- Create clear, and consistent retail processes that make it easier for store teams to execute at a high level.
- Translate retail strategy into practical standards across inventory, BOH, Cash Desk, and daily routines.
- Partner cross-functionally with Retail Leadership, Visual Merchandising, and HQ teams to align priorities and execution.
- Own retail operational tools, documentation, and infrastructure to support consistency and standardization.
- Establish feedback loops with stores to understand what’s working, identify gaps, and drive meaningful improvements.
- Build reporting and visibility that support performance tracking, goal setting, and decision making.
- Lead internal retail communications that are clear, actionable, and easy for teams to execute.
- Support cross-functional initiatives including new store openings and retail activations.
- Bring structure, clarity, and executional rigor to complex or time-sensitive business needs.
What You’ll Bring
Experience & Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in multi-unit retail operations, operational excellence, or a related role within fashion or specialty retail.
- Success building and scaling retail processes, creating standard operating procedures (SOPs), and infrastructure that support execution and consistency.
- Proven experience leading and implementing process improvements and change initiatives.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate insights into clear actions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively across all levels.
- Demonstrated experience managing multiple priorities and projects in fast-paced environments.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace and familiarity with project management tools.

Location: Toronto HQ – 379 Adelaide St W, Toronto, ON (hybrid)
Salary Range: $70,000–$90,000 (base salary)
This range reflects the scope of the role and allows for growth over time. Final compensation will be based on experience, skill set, and alignment with role responsibilities.
