Job Summary We are seeking a friendly and efficient Cashier to join our retail team. The ideal candidate will provide excellent customer service, handle transactions accurately, and contribute to a positive shopping experience. Bilingual abilities and experience with technology sales or product demos are a plus, helping to enhance customer engagement and sales opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and assist with their purchases in a professional manner
• Operate POS systems accurately for cash, credit, and digital payments
• Handle cash handling procedures with precision and accountability
• Upsell products and promote store promotions to increase sales
• Conduct product demos and provide technical sales support when applicable
• Maintain organized merchandising displays and ensure product availability
• Manage customer inquiries via phone etiquette and in-person communication
• Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment as needed
• Ensure the checkout area is clean, organized, and welcoming at all times
• Support team members with various retail tasks to ensure smooth store operations

Requirements

• Proven experience in retail sales, cashiering, or customer service roles
• Strong communication skills in English; bilingual abilities are highly desirable
• Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and transaction processing
• Familiarity with POS systems and retail technology tools
• Excellent organizational skills and time management capabilities
• Ability to perform multiple tasks efficiently in a busy environment
• Professional phone etiquette and interpersonal skills for customer interactions
• Previous experience with merchandising, upselling, or product demos is advantageous
• Ability to work well within a team and independently when needed

Pay: $15.70-$18.00 per hour
