WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

We are looking for a Shift Supervisor to join our Millstream Fuel and Convenience Centre located at 2320 Millstream Rd. Victoria, BC. This is a full-time position offering approximately 32 – 40 hours per week.

Our ideal candidate is:

• Available to work any day of the week, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Friendly, helpful, and customer-focused
• Confident and a reliable leader who can support the team
• Can make decisions and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
• Able to take initiative to support daily store operations, including merchandising, stocking, and safety
• Able to stand for long periods and frequently lift up to 50 lbs

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Lead shifts and supports daily operations
• Coach and supports team members to help them succeed in their roles
• Respond calmly to emergencies and helps maintain a safe environment
• Address performance and safety concerns while communicating clearly with the team
• Confidently assist customers
• Follow all regulations regarding selling age-restricted products
• Stock and merchandise shelves accurately
• Help maintain a clean, organized, and safe site
• Ensure products are well displayed and meet quality standards
• Safely and effectively operate required equipment
• Follow all safety procedures
