Location: Tulip Festival / Pick Farm (Outdoor)

Season: Late April – May (Weekdays & Weekends)

Pay: $25/hour

Schedule: 8 hour shifts, must be available weekends

Shift A: Mon / Wed / Fri / Sat / Sun Shift B: Tues / Thurs / Fri / Sat / Sun

About The Role

The Bouquet Wrapping & Merchandise Manager oversees all bouquet wrapping, tulip counting, merchandise sales, and POS operations. This role ensures accuracy, speed, and a positive final impression for guests. This is a retail leadership role requiring strong attention to detail and team management. This role reports directly to the leadership team.

Responsibilities

Supervise bouquet wrapping and merchandise staff Ensure tulips are counted accurately and extra stems are charged correctly Oversee POS systems and cashless checkout Monitor line length and adjust staffing to keep flow moving Ensure pricing accuracy and product availability Maintain cleanliness and organization of wrapping and merchandise areas Resolve guest concerns related to purchases or counts Communicate inventory or staffing needs to the General Manager

Requirements

Must be 18+ Comfortable using iPads or tablets Strong attention to detail Strong leadership communication skills Calm under pressure during peak times Comfortable standing for long periods Must be available weekends
