In this role, you provide personalized product consultations, guide customers through skin, hair, and body care solutions, and support them in making informed purchasing decisions. You will handle day-to-day tasks such as welcoming customers, demonstrating products, managing transactions, and maintaining store cleanliness and merchandising standards. The Sales Associate also helps achieve sales targets, participates in promotions and events, and contributes to building repeat business through exceptional service. Collaboration with team members and adherence to company policies and procedures are key aspects of the role. Qualifications Strong customer service, relationship-building, and interpersonal skills to create a welcoming, consultative in-store experience. Sales and retail skills, including product recommendation, upselling, and achieving individual and team sales goals. Communication skills, including clear verbal communication, active listening, and the ability to explain product benefits and usage. Basic cash handling, POS operation, and organizational skills to manage transactions and maintain accurate records. Interest in skincare, haircare, and body care, with the willingness to learn product knowledge and share it confidently with customers. Ability to stand for extended periods, move product, and support merchandising and inventory tasks as needed. Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, based on store needs. Previous retail or customer-facing experience is an asset; high school diploma or equivalent preferred.
