We are seeking a professional and fashion-focused Sales Associate to join our Toronto retail team.

role is ideal for someone who enjoys working directly with clients, has a strong interest in styling and contemporary womenswear, and is eager to learn about the Ahiri brand, our products, and the customer experience we aim to create. As a Sales Associate, you will support the daily flow of the store, assist clients with styling and product recommendations, maintain strong product knowledge, and help ensure the store is organized, clean, and visually aligned with the Ahiri brand.

This is a collaborative, close-knit, and hands-on role within a small retail team, where attention to detail, initiative, and a willingness to support the full store experience are important.

Key Responsibilities: Greet and assist clients in a warm, professional, and attentive manner Learn about the Ahiri brand, product offering, collections, fit, fabrics, and styling direction Provide styling support, fit guidance, product knowledge, and personalized recommendations Support sales goals through strong customer engagement, thoughtful service, and clienteling Process purchases, exchanges, returns, and customer orders using POS and Shopify systems Maintain store presentation, including merchandising, restocking, steaming, folding, and general floor upkeep Assist with fitting rooms and ensure clients have a smooth and comfortable shopping experience Support inventory organization, receiving, tagging, transfers, and product preparation Assist with online order fulfillment, packaging, and customer pickups when needed Communicate customer feedback, product interest, sizing concerns, and store needs to management Support in-store events, promotions, archive sales, and brand activations as needed Help maintain a clean, organized, and professional store environment throughout the day

Qualifications: 2+ years of retail, fashion, customer service, or sales experience preferred Previous boutique, womenswear, styling, or client-facing experience is an asset Strong interest in fashion, styling, contemporary womenswear, and customer experience Eager to learn about the Ahiri brand, products, collections, and customer base Professional and comfortable speaking with clients Organized, detail-oriented, and able to take initiative Comfortable multi-tasking in a boutique retail setting Willing to learn POS systems, Shopify, and daily store processes Strong communication skills and a positive, team-focused attitude Availability to work weekdays, weekends, holidays, and occasional events as required
