Lusso Modern Home is looking for a creative, friendly, and organized individual to join our showroom team in Thornhill. Responsibilities: Help customers select furniture and design their homes Provide product information, quotations, and design recommendations Follow up with customers, suppliers, and existing orders Coordinate deliveries and keep customers updated Prepare invoices and maintain accurate order records Style the showroom and update product displays Edit and update products, prices, photos, and information on our WordPress website Assist with inventory, administrative work, and daily store operations Build relationships with customers and interior designers Qualifications: Strong interest in furniture and interior design Excellent communication and customer-service skills Good computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, email, and online systems Experience editing WordPress or e-commerce websites Organized, responsible, and detail-oriented Comfortable with sales and customer follow-ups Interior design or furniture sales experience is an asset Knowledge of design software is an asset
