Key Responsibilities:

We are hiring for one of the following focus areas:

Option 1: SEO & Website Management Optimize product listings with SEO and keyword research. Manage Shopify backend, including website updates, inventory categorization, and click-through rate analysis. Create and update product titles, descriptions, and promotional campaigns. Generate reports on website performance, sales data, and trends. Option 2: Social Media Management Plan and execute social media content for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and Pinterest. Draft captions, hashtags, and social media calendars. Coordinate giveaways, contests, and influencer campaigns. Analyze performance metrics and compile social media reports.

Bonus: Experience in both website/SEO management and social media is a big plus, but not mandatory.

Additional Responsibilities: Assist with retail displays, customer engagement, and upselling on the floor. Support restocking and inventory (less than 5lbs) tasks. Take ownership of tasks and deliver results independently.

Qualifications: Proficient in English with excellent customer service skills. Quick learner. Retail, cashier, or hospitality experience is a plus. Expertise in either website management (Shopify, SEO) or social media strategy. Proficiency in Excel and digital tools. A background in computer applications is preferred.
