Role Description

We're looking for an enthusiastic Retail Sales Assistant to join our team full-time at our Old Montréal boutique.

You'll help create an unforgettable shopping experience for visitors from around the world by assisting customers in finding official FIFA World Cup™ merchandise, Formula 1™ apparel, football jerseys, collectibles, gifts, and fan gear.

Your responsibilities include:

• Delivering exceptional customer service and creating memorable shopping experiences.
• Assisting customers with official FIFA World Cup™, football, Formula 1™, hockey, and sports merchandise.
• Recommending products based on customer interests and team preferences.
• Processing transactions accurately using our point-of-sale system.
• Receiving, organizing, replenishing, and merchandising inventory.
• Maintaining attractive visual displays and a clean, organized boutique.
• Supporting in-store promotions, product launches, social media content, and fan activations.
• Learning about our products to confidently share their stories and help customers make informed purchases.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have:

• A passion for football (soccer), Formula 1™, or professional sports.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• A positive attitude with a genuine desire to help customers.
• Retail sales experience is an asset but not required.
• The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment during major sporting events.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and busy retail periods.
• Fluency in English and French; additional languages such as Spanish, Portuguese, Italian, German, or Arabic are considered a strong asset.
