Responsibilities: Lead, motivate, and coach the store team to achieve monthly sales targets and operational goals. Recruit, train, develop, schedule, and supervise teams of 6–12 employees while fostering a high-performance culture. Ensure merchandise presentation standards are maintained, including planograms, promotional displays, hot-selling items, and product availability. Oversee daily store operations, including cash handling procedures, banking deposits, inventory management, loss prevention, and workplace safety. Monitor stock levels, inventory accuracy, markdowns, and shrinkage control to maximize profitability. Deliver exceptional customer service by resolving customer and employee concerns professionally and promptly. Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked store environment with accurate pricing and promotional signage. Build and strengthen the MINISO brand image within the local community and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Qualifications :Minimum 2 years of retail management experience .Experience working in a fast-paced retail environment .Proven experience leading and managing retail teams .High School Diploma or equivalent required .Legally eligible to work in Canada .Skills & Experience Required :Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and drive sales performance .Results-oriented, self-motivated, and accountable .Proven ability to train, coach, and develop employees .Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills .Strong customer service focuses on the ability to deliver exceptional shopping experience .Effective organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail
