Duties

• Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable products or services
• Conduct product demonstrations and explain features to potential clients
• Manage merchandising displays and ensure product availability on the sales floor
• Operate POS systems for transactions, including cash handling and cashiering duties
• Upsell additional products or services to maximize sales opportunities
• Maintain organized sales areas and ensure compliance with company standards
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction
• Utilize phone etiquette skills to follow up with clients and generate new leads
• Manage time effectively to meet sales targets and complete daily responsibilities efficiently

Skills

• Multilingual or bilingual proficiency (English required) to communicate effectively with diverse customer bases
• Experience in technology sales, retail sales, or merchandising preferred
• Ability to perform product demos confidently and clearly explain technical features
• Strong communication skills, including phone etiquette and active listening
• Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately and managing cash registers (POS systems)
• Customer service expertise with a focus on building relationships and upselling products or services
• Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Time management skills to prioritize daily activities and meet sales goals
• Ability to work well in a team environment while demonstrating professionalism and adaptability
