Counter Salesperson Status: Regular, Full time Location: Bathurst, New Brunswick Job Description Interested? Daytime schedule: Monday to Friday. Energetic, service-oriented person with a knack for finding solutions that satisfy customers. Someone efficient and organized who enjoys physical work as well as connecting with people. Good computer skills. Here’s a typical day: When customers come to the counter, greet them in a friendly manner, go find the desired products and process the payment. Answer a wide range of questions, suggest complementary or alternative products as needed. Answer phone calls in a professional manner and redirect them if necessary. Keep the counter clean and organized to optimize the customer experience, as well as to provide effective marketing. Provide assistance to warehouse or sales personnel when needed.
