<strong>Parts Manager - Mont-Royal Chevrolet GMC Buick Cadillac</strong><br><br><strong>Job Description</strong><br>Reporting to senior management, the Parts Manager is responsible for the overall management of the parts department to ensure efficient and profitable operations, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction and excellent collaboration with the service and sales departments.<br><br><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong><br>Manage parts inventory, including ordering, receiving, and stock control.<br>Develop and implement strategies to optimize the department?s profitability.<br>Supervise, train, and motivate the counter and warehouse team.<br>Ensure rigorous tracking of sales and performance goals.<br>Maintain excellent relationships with internal (service/sales) and external (private customers, independent repair shops) clients.<br>Negotiate with suppliers and ensure compliance with GM policies.<br>Prepare and analyze departmental management reports.<br>Desired Profile<br><br>Relevant experience in an automotive parts management position (ideally at a dealership).<br>Strong team management and customer service skills.<br>Good knowledge of parts management systems and IT tools.<br>Organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.<br>Positive, results-oriented leadership.<br>Knowledge of the SERTI system (an asset)<br><br><strong>We offer</strong><br>A full-time, permanent position in a dynamic environment.<br>Salary: Between $80,000 and $100,000 depending on experience, plus performance-based bonuses<br>Comprehensive benefits package.<br>Opportunity to contribute to the success of a well-established dealership.
