Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality haircuts, beard trims, shaves, and grooming services based on client preferences
• Deliver outstanding customer service by greeting clients warmly and ensuring a positive shop experience
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of barber tools, workstations, and common areas in compliance with state and shop standards
• Recommend grooming products and assist with retail sales when appropriate
• Manage basic front-desk tasks such as appointment scheduling, client check-in/check-out, and answering inquiries
• Support team members in fostering a welcoming, professional, and client-focused atmosphere
• Follow all safety and hygiene protocols to maintain a safe working environment

Experience & Qualifications

• Previous experience as a barber or stylist is preferred
• Knowledge of cutting techniques, grooming trends, and sanitation requirements
• Strong communication and customer-service skills
• Experience with appointment systems or front-desk duties is a plus
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism and attention to detail
• Valid barber license (if required by your state/country)
