As our business continues to grow, we are seeking a highly motivated Sales Manager to lead our sales team, drive performance, and elevate our dealership to the next level.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and annual targets Monitor team performance and ensure accountability across all sales activities Develop and execute sales strategies that boost revenue and market presence Provide accurate quotes and customized solutions based on customer needs Oversee CRM usage and ensure consistent follow-ups on all incoming leads Analyze sales reports and market data to optimize team performance Stay informed about inventory, pricing trends, and promotional opportunities
Requirements
Valid VSA Sales License Strong leadership skills with proven experience managing sales teams Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service abilities Valid Class 5 BC Driver’s License with a clean driving record Comfortable using CRM systems and digital sales tools
